Salary Survey

The Greater Chicago Chapter Compensation and Benefits Survey was developed to assist Greater Chicago Chapter ALA member firms in evaluating and administering their compensation programs and to assure that firms are competitive in their compensation practices. It enables a firm to benchmark current compensation levels with those of similarly sized firms. It is meant to provide Greater Chicago Chapter ALA member firms with the most current comparison data regarding salary and bonus levels at Chicago-area law firms.

The Compensation and Benefits Survey covers salary, bonus and select benefit practices for associates, managers and supervisors, as well as exempt and non-exempt employees.

We encourage all Greater Chicago Chapter ALA member firms to participate in the Compensation and Benefits Survey. As a thank you, participating firms receive a complimentary copy of the survey results. The cost to purchase the Compensation and Benefits Survey is $650.
