Denise Eaves promotes the development of a workplace culture that drives a productive, respectful, open atmosphere for individual engagement and organizational success, She is a trainer, she is a passionate and enthusiastic presenter, writing and delivering topics to reduce workplace risk, enhance management practice, and develop people skills and high-performance teams.
As a licensed counselor, her focus is on behavior in the here-and-now, avoiding interpretation and psycho-babble. Areas of expertise include workplace issues, behavioral health, wellness and disease management, including addictions and women’s topics.
Denise graduated from the University of Chicago and University of Louisville. She is a member of the Northern Illinois chapter of the Employee Assistance Professional Association and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She was a visiting lecturer for DePaul School for New Learning, a certified Substance Abuse Professional, and sat on the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce DrugFree Workplace Committee and the Wellness Committee. She is an associate consultant for Ad Hoc Consulting, specialists in Labor Relations.
This session qualifies recertifying CLMSM attendees with 60 minutes of CLMSM credit in the area of Human Resources Management and 60 minutes of CLMSM credit in the area of Communications and General Management for the initial CLMSM applicant.
